Ann's Poster

         Hi, everybody. My name is Pattaraporn (Ann). My poster is about the identity of Thailand. I would like to introduce my country for everyone to know about Thailand. I illustrate an important part of Thailand. First, Thai tradition is thing that Thai people has inherited since antiquity such as Songkran festival and Loy Krathong. Both of them are a warm Thai tradition. When I was in Thailand, I celebrated Songkran's day and Loy Krathong’s day every year and I was very happy. In addition, paying respect is very important Thai culture. I was taught since I was a child. It is greeting each other like you say," Hi", gratitude each other, apology each other, and farewell each other. Moreover, Thai food and Thai dessert also are one in sign of Thailand. Many foreigners known Thai food such as Tom Yum (spicy lemongrass soup), Som Tum (Papaya salad), and Pad Thai (a stir-fried rice noodle) that are well-known things of Thailand. They're very delicious. Furthermore, Muay Thai is one in sign of Thailand as well. It's a combat sport of Thailand that uses head, knee, shin, elbow, and so on for fighting. Finally, Tourist attractions in Thailand have many amazing place such as Doi Inthanon is like the heaven on the earth, Wat Rong Khun is Thai Buddhist temple that reflects sin, merit, grace, and penalty. It is belief of Thai people, and Phuket is the best place for relaxation in your holiday. All is a part of Thailand. In fact, Thailand has many magnificent things, attractive things, and charming things that you've never known before. All of them are a part of my life.
